👍 Our bearings have extremely low noise and vibration levels. These bearings feature a grooved design with a spherical outer ring that allows for free oscillation on the support raceway. This oscillation enables the bearing to self-align within the support housing, compensating for any misalignment and minimizing stress between the shaft and support. These bearings are sealed. ✔️ UCP 204 roller bearings are widely used in transportation machinery, mining, metallurgy, and other industries, as well as in harvesters, textile machinery, fitness equipment, motors, belt-driven vehicles, automobiles, etc. They can also be used in the repair and manufacturing of various machines, conveyor belts, 3D printers, lathes, etc., and in various DIY projects. The bearing is secured to the shaft with two screws, making it easy to assemble and disassemble. ⚙️ The bearing housing consists of a steel ball bearing and a corrosion-resistant FG20 gray cast iron bearing housing. Surface painting and oil coatings prevent corrosion. The bearing seal is ensured by a gasket consisting of a steel protective plate and a rubber sealing ring. Sealing rings are provided on both sides of the bearing.
