How to Use

1. Start running the car engine for a while, when the oil temperature becomes about 122 °F, then start pumping the oil.

2. Connect the pump to the power supply and run it for a while to observe whether the inlet and outlet ports are normal.

3. Open the filler cap, take out the dipstick, and force the pipe into the bottom of the fitting until the pipe doesn't move; then put the inlet pipe from the dipstick into the middle (put the pipe into the bottom of the tank, the bottom concavity, to pump out the oil completely); As there is oil-free or the pumping out is very slow or intermittent, it's usually caused by the pipes and fittings are loosened. You must reinstall the pipes and fittings.

4. After pumping the oil, remove the pipe, then run the pump for a while to pump out the remaining oil in the pump, or pump for a while until the pump head is clean.

5. If it has not been used for a long time, there may be suction-free, then simply pour water into the pump and run the pump for a few minutes until all the air is out.

Notes 

• Please check the style and size before purchasing.
• If you want to connect this pump to an AC power source, you will need a power converter. Please use it when the engine is hot, the oil is warm and the viscosity is low as this will make it easier and quicker to pump.
• Please note that the product will be tested at the factory so a small amount of moisture left in the product is normal.
•  It is designed for pumping engine oil. It can also pump gasoline and diesel, but it may not be able to transfer quickly. It must be cleaned immediately after use.
• Please note it should only be used to pump clean water. If you need to pump liquids with impurities, be sure to install a filter at the inlet for use!
• The motor is slightly waterproof so don't worry too much about splashing (just wipe it off), but it is strictly forbidden to submerge the pump motor in water.
• When the pump is working, please make sure that the pump is draining freely so that it does not hold the pump and cause damage to the pressure switch. (If you hear the switch ticking during operation, turn off the pump immediately and adjust the pressure appropriately).
• The water pump works intermittently, not continuously for 24 hours. In winter, after use, it needs to drain the pump and pipe water, otherwise, it is easy to freeze and rupture the pump (only for some cold icing areas).
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
