Shipping charges are computed and presented to the Buyer prior to Order confirmation. The final delivery price is determined by the destination address, the specific dimensions, weight, and quantity of the items, as well as the shipping method selected for the transaction. In cases where complimentary shipping is provided for specific items or entire Orders, this will be explicitly noted before the checkout process is finalized. Any supplementary charges, such as those for specialized shipping services or delivery to isolated locations, will be disclosed to the Buyer before the Order is officially confirmed.

Orders undergo preparation and dispatch only after payment verification and Order acceptance have been completed. Shipments are routed to the address supplied by the Buyer during the Order placement. It is the Buyer's obligation to guarantee that all shipping details are both comprehensive and correct. Items are transported either by the Seller directly or via third-party logistics partners chosen by the Seller. Projected delivery windows are shown before Order confirmation but are subject to fluctuation based on the destination, carrier schedules, public holidays, relevant customs formalities, and factors beyond the Seller's reasonable control. Liability for loss or damage to the goods transfers to the Buyer at the moment the Buyer—or a third party nominated by the Buyer, excluding the carrier—takes physical possession of the items. Should the package appear visibly damaged upon arrival, the Buyer is advised to reject the shipment if feasible, or immediately notify both the carrier and the Seller of the damage, providing photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. In the event that delivery fails due to inaccurate Buyer details, the Buyer's unavailability, unjustified refusal of the shipment, or failure to retrieve the package within the carrier's stipulated timeframe, the Seller reserves the right—where permitted by law—to invoice the Buyer for any resulting extra shipping, storage, or return expenses.

All listed prices are shown either including or excluding relevant taxes, consistent with the information displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Where applicable, any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, import levies, customs charges, or other fiscal obligations related to the Order will be calculated and displayed before the Buyer validates the purchase. For shipments within the European Union, VAT is applied in compliance with current EU and national tax regulations. For destinations outside the European Union, the Buyer assumes responsibility for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges mandated by the destination country, unless the Platform states otherwise. The Seller accepts no liability for delays or extra costs arising from customs procedures, tax inspections, or import restrictions within the Buyer's jurisdiction.

The Seller commits to processing Buyer data solely for the purposes essential to administer Orders, manage delivery, handle customer support, process returns and refunds, fulfill legal duties, and execute the sales agreement. Personal information may be disclosed only to service providers participating in Order fulfillment—such as payment processors, shipping carriers, support teams, and marketplace operators—where necessary and in strict adherence to applicable data protection statutes. The Seller implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to secure Buyer data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer data is treated as confidential and is not sold to external parties. Buyers retain the right to exercise their privileges concerning their personal data under applicable data protection laws, including rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, where relevant.
